No. If an officer is taking your fingerprint its because they want to verify who you are, including checking whether the drivers license you presented is actually yours. In addition, if you have been arrested (which is the only situation where you would be fingerprinted except at your request) you have no say at all in whether or not they will fingerprint you. And theyll probably collect a DNA sample as well.
